INDOOR CYCLING

Some may call it the "usual class" but it is far from. Learn cycling techniques and riding styles just like cyclists. Ride hard and fast along to some thumping tunes. Do a couple of HIIT intervals and wind up your sprint for a last lap (bell lap) drill and race just like the pros.

60 mINutes on THE bike

Professionally-instructed aerobic training "blocks" that increase in length, effort and then intensity every week.  These classes are a fat-burning fiesta as as soon as you crest 40 minutes of effort, it is all ketogenic deficit effort, tearing through caloric deposits at the fastest rates. To top it off, at the end of 16 weeks, you are also primed to test yourself with a 40 min time trial at SPEED.
