More HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (H.I.I.T) Tonight........GULP'


Riders who braved the cold this week already have several of these in their legs. The Tuesday Crew did three of them to start and Wednesday Riders cranked out 6.


At the end of class - and after lifting their heads off their bars and wiping away the tears - they were talking smack about the Thursday Crowd! They said they will drop you all like bad habits if you show up today.


Truth be told, EVERY BODY will be kicked' in the pain closet tonight. We are upping the count to 9, all-out H.I.I.T. intervals. For the truly brave, come back on Saturday and bang out a "Baker's Dozen" of these monsters.....YIKES.

Get used to these H.I.I.T sets...there are many, many, more on tap in February and March.
