TUESDAYS @ 7:00PM
55 minutes of hard-pounding indoor cycling.
WEDNESDAYS @ 7:00PM
The virtual ride with new terrains and tunes each week and a new set up for the screen projection.
THURSDAYS @ 6:30PM
55 minutes of hard-pounding indoor cycling, again, just in case you missed Tuesday, or your want 2x the sufferfest in one week.
No class. We are out and about having some fun.
SATURDAY 7:30AM - 9:15AM
100 minutes of steady-state cycling training to build endurance in December and January.
SATURDAY WINTER WARRIOR PROGRAM 9:30AM - 10:30AM
Build your strength and measure your progress every week, or when you can join us. For the brave, add some strength and functional resistance training to turn you into a sporting warrior on your bike, around the track, or just looking good walking down the street.
